Apple & Pear Sour

A little fix on the classic sour. We use honey as a nod to the bees relationship with the orchard fruits in the gin...it's delicious.

Ingredients:

    Garnish:

    Apple fan garnish

    Glassware:

    Coupette glass, or your favourite rocks glass

    Method:

    Shake all ingredients together with ice for 10 seconds, Double strain into the other half of shaker and empty the ice. Dry shake for another 10 seconds and pour into glass, garnish with an apple fan or a simple slice of apple.
