A true modern-day classic, the Breakfast Martini was first created in 1990s by Salvatore Calabrese, one of the world’s leading bartenders and author. Using
- 50ml London Dry Gin
- 15ml triple sec
- 15ml lemon juice
- A generous dollop of marmalade
Orange peel and a side of buttered toast
Place all the ingredients into a shaker and stir well to dissolve the marmalade. Add ice, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the a twist of orange peel over the drink to garnish and serve with a side of buttered toast.
