Chef Kenny's Elderflower Gin Summer Syllabub

The perfect light & simple, summer dessert using our Elderflower gin. A perfect food pairing with a G&T!

Ingredients:

  • 350ml Double cream 
  • 85g caster sugar (use 25g for the coulis)
  • Zest of 1/2 a lemon 
  • 600g English strawberries (200g for coulis, the rest cut into cubes and save a couple to garnish)
  • 125ml Prosecco 
  • 50ml Warner's Elderflower Gin (or more if you like a kick)

Garnish:

Cut up strawberries & a sprinkle of elderflower
