Jardin d'été (Summer Garden)

Delicate, crisp and floral. This elegant drink takes you to somewhere special, like a summer garden in full blossom.


  • 40ml Warner's Honeybee Gin
  • 20ml Lillet Blanc
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 10ml lavender syrup*
  • 5 drops of pastis (optional but works well)


A few sprigs of lavender, fresh or dried




Add all ingredients into an ice filled shaker. Shake and double strain into a cocktail coupe, garnish with a sprig of lavender and enjoy!

Method:* How to make lavender syrup:

Take 100g of white granulated sugar, 50ml of water and a handful of fresh/dry lavender. Place in a glass bowl above a heated pan of warm water (a bit like a bain-marie) and stir until the sugar has fully dissolved. Take it off the heat, leave to infuse for 20 minutes and strain out the liquid. Keep in a sterilised bottle in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
