Pink By Nature, Cocktail Trio

Pink By Nature, Cocktail Trio

This pink cocktail trio is made using our gin's in the Pink By Nature gift set, including Raspberry Gin called Floradora cocktail, Rhubarb Gin called Rhubarb Sour cocktail and our Strawberry & Rose Gin called Pink Cargo cocktail. The perfect cocktail combination for the pink gin lover.

Floradora

This cocktail is a beautiful combination between our Raspberry Gin and Ginger Ale, the lime in here works wonders in combining the two flavours together and creating something very original. It comes with a trickle of spice that somehow makes this truly refreshing.

Ingredients:

Garnish:

Blackberries & a sprig of mint.

Glassware:

Hi-ball

Method:

Add 50ml Raspberry Gin, 20ml lime juice and 10ml sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Give it a shake then pour into a hi-ball glass filled with ice. Top with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale and garnish with some blackberries and a sprig of mint.

Rhubarb Sour

The sour is a classic style of cocktail that can be made with pretty much any spirit. Using our Warner’s Rhubarb Gin however changes the complexity of the drink completely. The lemon and sugar create a sherbet like flavour with a burst of rhubarb coming through. The addition of the egg white will give the drink a smoother more rich texture. With angostura bitters and our vibrant pink gin, this cocktail really is a showstopper.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Warner's Rhubarb Gin
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Sugar syrup
  • Dash angostura bitters
  • 1 Egg white (optional)

Garnish:

Lemon twist.

Glassware:

Coupette.

Method:

Shake all ingredients together with ice for 10 seconds. Double strain into the other half of the shaker and empty the ice. Dry shake for another 10 seconds and pour into a Coupette, garnish with 1 fresh raspberry.

Pink Cargo

This is a creamy, pudding like cocktail to end the night with something sweet, made with our Strawberry and Rose gin from the Pink By Nature gift set. The ice cream makes the cocktail indulgent and creamy while the gin gives a dash of sweetness, like a strawberry sauce over your ice cream. Delectable.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Strawberry and Rose Gin
  • 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 10ml Dry Vermouth

Garnish:

A chocolate dusting.

Glassware:

Copa glass.

Shake the gin, Vermouth and ice cream without ice in a cocktail shaker, until thoroughly mixed. Pour into a Copa glass and garnish with a dusting of chocolate.
