A classic cocktail twisted up with our beautifully pink Warner Edwards Victoria’s Rhubarb Gin.
- 65ml Warner Edwards Victoria’s Rhubarb Gin
- 10ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
- 3 Dashes of rhubarb bitters (optional)
Stir all the ingredients over ice (for at least 15 seconds) in a mixing glass and pour into the martini glass, straining out the ice.
