A refreshing yet simple cocktail, perfect to enjoy in this glorious Spring sunshine!

Ingredients:

Garnish:

A slice of lime

How to make:

Muddle 1 fresh raspberry at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add 50ml Rhubarb Gin, 15ml fresh lime juice, 10ml sugar syrup and ice to the shaker. Mix the ingredients well using a spoon. Fill a glass with ice, top with Fever-Tree Soda Water and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of lime.
