- 60ml Strawberry & Rose Gin
- 22ml fresh lime
- 15ml sugar syrup*
- 1 cup of crushed ice
Handful of strawberries
Pop all of the ingredients into a blender. Pour into a tumbler and garnish with strawberries
*To make the sugar syrup. Heat 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar on a stove until the sugar dissolves. Allow to cool and then pour into a glass container. This will keep in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
