Recipe: Boozeberry Sauce
Check out our Boozeberry Sauce recipe! This is our spin on a classic cranberry sauce, with a warming splash of our award-winning Harrington Sloe Gin. Perfect for bringing you a little extra Christmas Spirit this festive season.
250g fresh or frozen cranberries
100ml Harrington Sloe Gin
60g light brown soft sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
4 star anise
Zest of one orange
- Pop all your ingredients in a pan. Bring up to a simmer and cook for 5-10 mins, until the sauce is syrupy.
- When you’re happy with the consistency, remove from the heat and allow to cool. You may wish to gently pop some of the cranberries with a wooden spoon to thicken the sauce.
- Before serving, remove the spices. If you're feeling fancy, you can serve with a light, decorative topping of extra orange zest!
- Serve at room temperature.
You can keep this in your fridge for up to four days, or in the freezer for two months.
