Spring is arriving here at Falls Farm & everything is coming to life. We’re sowing, planting & eagerly awaiting this year’s botanical crop. This glorious gin celebrates the new season of growth. A sweet, floral & uplifting gin with handpicked primrose and blackthorn from our farm, fragrant wildflower blossom, hints of rose & chamomile.

With a limited run of only 1400 bottles, each individually numbered, this is a unique and rare hand-crafted gin.

Nose

Wild flowers and waxy buttercups marry on the nose with orange blossom and grapefruit zest.

White chocolate coated macadamia appear with a bouquet of rose and chamomile.

Taste

Saffron from fresh crocus, black
pepper and chamomile combine
to give a sweet, floral taste.

Finish

Pink rose petals return with juniper pine resin.

How to drink me

For our signature serve, fill a copa glass with ice and add 25ml Spring Blossom Gin topped with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic. Then sit back, relax and enjoy!

For one of those sun filled spring afternoons in your garden, add 50ml Spring Blossom Gin, 20ml fresh lemon juice, 20ml rose and elderflower cordial and 100ml of cloudy apple juice into an ice filled shaker. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice and a cucumber ribbon.

Do you like a strong cocktail? Try 30ml Spring Blossom gin, 15ml sweet vermouth, 15ml Aperol and stir over lots of ice for 30 seconds. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and top with rose lemonade. Garnish with a few frozen raspberries.

For a delicate cocktail, shake 30ml Spring Blossom with 15ml grapefruit juice and 15ml sugar syrup. Double strain into flute and top with pink Champagne. Garnish with a long strip of grapefruit peel.
