About our London Dry gin
Our original London Dry was an absolute bloody belter.
So what did we do? Went and made it even better, that’s what.
A handful of ice and splash of top-end tonic is now all you’ll need for G&T perfection.
What’s the story?
We were proper proud of our old London dry. Farm-grown, easy-drinking and gorgeous-tasting.
Good, honest gin that never had to hide behind naff gimmicks.
But we don’t like resting on our laurels.
(Much prefer making them into gin, actually, but that’s another story.)
So, we got tinkering. Testing. Tasting. And tinkering some more.
Till we landed on a new recipe that everyone – the whole Warner’s crew – loved even more.
Most of the ingredients are grown a short stomp from the distillery.
Because fresh botanicals taste… well, fresher. Ones like Lavender, Angelica root and Lemon Verbena, grown by our not-so-fair farming hands.
Thing was, we still needed citrus peel.
All a bit tricky, seeing as we don’t grow citrus on the farm.
A big ol’ hunt led us to a nearby fruit factory that used to chuck its peel into landfill.
Now we turn it into glorious, new-and-improved London dry gin instead.
We really are taking the pith.
