Recipe Boozeberry Sauce

Recipe: Boozeberry Sauce

Check out our Boozeberry Sauce recipe! This is our spin on a classic cranberry sauce, with a warming splash of our award-winning Harrington Sloe Gin. Perfect for bringing you a little extra Christmas Spirit this festive season.

  • 250g fresh or frozen cranberries

  • 100ml Harrington Sloe Gin

  • 60g light brown soft sugar

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 4 star anise

  • Zest of one orange

  1. Pop all your ingredients in a pan. Bring up to a simmer and cook for 5-10 mins, until the sauce is syrupy.
  2. When you’re happy with the consistency, remove from the heat and allow to cool. You may wish to gently pop some of the cranberries with a wooden spoon to thicken the sauce.
  3. Before serving, remove the spices. If you're feeling fancy, you can serve with a light, decorative topping of extra orange zest!
  4. Serve at room temperature.

You can keep this in your fridge for up to four days, or in the freezer for two months.
