Refunds & Returns Policy

Personalised items

We are unable to refund, cancel or return personalised products unless damaged or faulty. As these have been made bespoke, we cannot sell them on. It is your responsibility to ensure any spelling is correct as we cannot amend once the order has been process.

Non-Personalised items

Products must be returned in their original packing, unopened, sealed, and in the condition in which they were originally sent. The buyer is liable for the return  postage. The buyer is liable for any loss or damage to the returned items that occurs during transportation back to us. When returning anything, we advise using a recorded-delivery service for your security.  Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned item but make take up to 30 days. 

Damaged/faulty items

If you have received a box and the contents have been damaged in transit, please take a photo and email within 24 hours of receipt and our Customer Service team will contact you if any further information is required. We can only reimburse shipping costs or accept the return of opened items if they are damaged or were delivered in error.
