Warner's, the UK's leading farm-grown, super-premium craft gin, is introducing a brand-new flavour variant to its portfolio: Warner's Raspberry Gin (RRP £38.00).
Inspired by its home on Falls Farm, this fresh, vibrant gin has been crafted to embody the bounty of the British countryside. A third of every bottle contains fresh raspberry and blackberry juice, and elderflowers hand-picked from the farm’s hedgerows, transporting drinkers to the rolling fields of the Northamptonshire countryside with every drop.
The naturally sweet yet refreshingly tart notes of real fruit juice combine with a London dry gin to produce a delicious, ruby pink gin (40% ABV) reminiscent of home-cooked jam. The floral elderflower and lively berry coulis flavours come to life when paired with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water, completed with a garnish of blackberries and a fresh sprig of mint.
Warner's Raspberry Gin is the seventh flavour variant from the family-owned distillery. Every bottle of Warner’s craft gin is distilled in small batches in a 200-year-old barn on Falls Farm in Northamptonshire, then affectionately hand labelled and wax-dipped.
With a deep love of the land and a passion for safeguarding nature and the English countryside, Warner's is committed to giving back more than it takes. As part of the new product launch, a charity partnership has been forged with the People’s Trust for Endangered Species (PTES) which will offer support to the very hedgerow habitats that help make this fresh and lively liquid.
For over 40 years, PTES has improved the outlook of endangered species in Britain and throughout the world. They invest in research and test the best ways to protect endangered species in their natural environment, then put what works into action, creating vibrant wildlife havens.
Support from Warner’s Raspberry Gin will help to provide protection to the countryside and the wildlife living within it. PTES and Warner's will work tirelessly together to improve hedgerows in the local area, as well as nationwide, through active conservation, with the aim of safeguarding up to 130 conservation priority species that rely on hedgerows for food and shelter.
Warner's Raspberry Gin is available online at www.warnersdistillery.com and in select Duty Free Shops, including Birmingham, Manchester, Gatwick and Stanstead Airports, and across Greene King outlets from early May. The new raspberry flavoured gin will also be launched into the On-Trade as an exclusive to Greene King until the end of June. The exclusive listing will form part of Greene King’s Great British Summer Social campaign; this includes Chef & Brewer & the Greene King Locals Estate.
Warner’s (formerly Warner Edwards) was founded in 2012 by husband and wife team, Tom Warner and Tina Warner-Keogh, with the aim of ‘saving the world from mediocre gin'. All Warner’s gins are distilled on the family-owned Falls Farm, Northamptonshire. Drawing water from their spring, growing seasonal botanicals in their Botanical Gardens, and collecting fresh honey from their farm’s beehives – Warner’s is a truly farm born ‘graft’ gin.
