Recipe
Method
- Shake the gin, lemon juice and earl grey syrup with lots of ice.
- Fine strain into your glass with ice.
- Top up with soda, stir and garnish with a lemon wedge.

- 25ml lemon juice
- 15ml earl grey syrup
- Soda water
