Method
- Fill your glass with ice and add all of the ingredients (except the soda water)
- Gently top with soda water
- Garnish with a fresh slice of rhubarb dipped in sugar and enjoy!

- 15ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Ginger Cordial
- 50ml Cranberry Juice
- Top with soda water
