Recipe
Method
- Combine ingredients in a shaker (or jam jar) and add as much ice as possible
- Cover and shake for 20 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh cubes of ice
- Garnish with a lemon slice
Ingredients
- 35ml Warner’s Honeybee Gin
- 10ml Amontillado sherry
- 10ml Kings Ginger
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml fresh ginger juice
- 10ml fresh pineapple juice
- 10ml 2:1 sugar syrup (2 part sugar, 1 part boiling water, stir till clear)
