The Farm-Grown Aperitif
Pour yourself something deliciously different...
Our first ever aperitif and this one is farm-grown and packed full of botanical love. Crafted as a traditional switchel-inspired infusion made with macerations of raw apple cider vinegar, honey, flowers and roots grown on our farm. It is deliciously different from anything we’ve made before, and in many ways it takes us right back to our roots.
We’re flavour farmers. We grow botanicals, keep our own bees and harvest our own honey. This drink brings all those things together in one bittersweet, wonderfully delicious pour.
Add soda water & a slice of orange over ice for a thirst quenching serve at home.
Also great with tonic, ginger ale or in cocktails.
SWEET, SOUR, FLORAL, BITTER
Macerations of raw apple cider vinegar with mother are infused with ingredients from our farm including honey, lavender, dandelion root, angelica root and lovage combined with bright citrus notes of orange and grapefruit peels, and the bitter edge of gentian & wormwood - creating a profile that is earthy, floral, bitter and epically tasty.
Inspired by the historic ‘Haymaker’s Punch’, a thirst-quenching drink once enjoyed by hardworking farmers in the fields, we’ve given this traditional recipe a delicious modern twist. The result is a bittersweet, floral and refreshing non-alcoholic aperitif, made for sharing and enjoying a more grown-up alternative to alcohol. Not a gin. Not overly sweet, but a complex, tasty, botanical drink with real character and a deliciously thirst-quenching finish.
0.5% ABV.
