This epic 0% Cocktail can be created using basic ingredients found in either your kitchen or garden. It’s easy, fun, delicious and the perfect accompaniment for a sunny autumnal afternoon.

Method

  1. For the honey syrup Mix 1 tbsp honey with 1tsp boiling water.
  2. Stir together until it forms a syrup.
  3. Now to make the cocktail. Muddle fennel seeds & pear in the bottom of your shaker to release juices and oils.
  4. Add the 0% Juniper Double Dry, lemon juice and honey syrup and shake with lots of ice.
  5. Double strain into a chilled sherry glass and serve with a rosemary sprig garnish.

  • 50ml Warner’s 0% Juniper Double Dry
  • 15ml honey syrup
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 2 small wedges ripe pear
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
