Method
- Shake all ingredients (excluding the ginger beer) well & strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with orange zest

- 50ml Warner's Juniper Double Dry
- 25ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 5ml Lime juice
- 15ml honey syrup
- 2 tsp cranberry sauce
- 25ml ginger beer
- Egg white (optional)
