Method
- In a shaker, combine all ingredients except Prosecco
- Fill with ice, do a quick shake and strain in a wine glass
- Top up with Prosecco, express the lemon peel and drop in

- 30ml Warner’s London Dry Gin
- 5ml Martini Rosso
- 5ml Amontillado sherry
- 5ml Strawberry puree
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml chamomile syrup
- Top up with 70ml of Prosecco (champagne is better)
