Rhubarb Sour
The sour is a classic style of cocktail that can be made with pretty much any spirit. Using our Warner’s Rhubarb Gin however changes the complexity of the drink completely. The lemon and sugar create a sherbet like flavour with a burst of rhubarb coming through. The addition of the egg white will give the drink a smoother more rich texture.

Warner's Harrington Dry Gin
Mixer:
Premium Indian tonic water.
Garnish:
Any citrus fruit, we like orange.
Warner's Elderflower Gin
Mixer:
Premium Mediterranean tonic water.
Garnish:
Lemon slice and spring of mint.
Warner's Sloe Gin
Mixer:
Bitter lemon, ginger beer or prosecco.
Garnish:
Wedge of lime or a sprig of mint.
Warner's Rhubarb Gin
Mixer:
Mediterranean tonic water or ginger ale.
Garnish:
A slice of orange or blood orange and a stick of rhubarb.
Warner's Honeybee Gin
Mixer:
Mediterranean tonic water.
Garnish:
Lemon with sage (optional), or a slice of apple.
Warner's Lemon Balm Gin
Mixer:
Mediterranean tonic water.
Garnish:
Lemon and a sprig of fresh lemon balm.
