Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately no animals allowed at the Farm as it is a working Farm.

Can I bring my child/children?

No under 18's allowed on the Tour as it involves alcohol and we can't allow children for health and safety reasons

Can I drive after the tour?

We can't recommend that you drive after consuming alcohol

Do you provide soft drinks for non-drinkers?

We certainly do! The ticket price remains the same but we will make sure you get to take away some samples for drinking at a later date or to use as gifts

Do you serve any food during the tour?

Currently we don't serve food during the tour. However, the award-winning Tollemache Arms serve epic food and are located couple of minutes from our distillery (and yes, they sell Warner's!). Just make sure you book in advance to avoid missing out Book now

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the Tour

What should I wear?

We are a working Farm with some uneven ground. Please wear suitable shoes and remember that part of the Tour is outside, during inclement weather a coat is advisable. Please do not wear stiletto heels or open toed shoes

I'm running late, what should I do?

Don't worry! We can't really answer the telephone whilst Tours are running, please do come on in and we will get you your welcome drink

Can I park overnight?

No guests cars can be left on site at our distillery overnight. If you're planning on enjoying a G&T or two, why not share a taxi to and from the farm to ensure you get home safely

Do you have any parking?

There is sufficient parking for guests whilst on the Tour towards the rear of the farm

Can I buy a tour as a gift?

Of course! Simply purchase a gift voucher which can then be redeemed on one of our tours

How long does the tour last?

The tour will last for approximately 90 minutes. We advise arriving 15 mins prior to your tour start time

Is there accommodation nearby?

Yes,Church Farm Lodge, a lovely, family-run Guest House is 300 yards away - right next to the pub!

Are your tours suitable for wheelchair users?

The Tours are Wheelchair friendly but not fully accessible. The toilet doorway may not, at this stage, be completely accessible to all sizes of wheelchairs, however the distillery is fully accessible. Part of the Tour is across the road and also part is up a slight hill, we are always willing to assist as much as we can, of course. If you will require a wheelchair on your visit, please contact tours@warnersdistillery.com and they will be happy to help

What is your nearest train station?

Kettering and Market Harborough Train Stations are both within 20 minutes in a taxi

Do I need to make you aware of any allergies and medical conditions?

We would suggest that if you are concerned about any allergies or medical conditions that you email our team at tours@warnersdistillery.com for information. For example, we have several bee hives at the Farm.

Can I just turn up?

Unfortunately not, our tours are generally fully booked and we don't have the capacity to take ticket payments at the Farm. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

What days do your tours run on?

Currently our tours run on a Saturday. Book early to avoid disappointment because they will fill up fast!

How many people can I book onto a tour?

You can book as many as you like or are available on a specific tour. We also offer private tours for larger groups. Please contact tours@warnersdistillery.com for more details on this

Do you do private tours?

Yes we do - please contact us directly on tours@warnersdistillery.com for more info

What is your smoking policy?

We are strictly a non-smoking site from the moment you enter the gates at the entrance to our distillery and farm

What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel, you must provide at least 7 days notice in order to receive a full refund. Please email tours@warnersdistillery.com No show on the day = no refund.

What if my tour is cancelled?

If your tour is cancelled by us, you will be given the option to move to an alternative date or receive a full refund.

Can I make amendments to my booking?

Of course! Changes can be made up to 48 hours prior to your tour. Numbers are strictly limited to 25 guests per tour. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate any changes, please be aware we cannot guarantee you can move to your newly requested date. Contact tours@warnersdistillery.com for more information.

Can I pop in to buy gin?

Our visitor centre is open on Fridays 10am-3pm. Come and try some samples before you buy.

Can I purchase bottles on the tour?

Of course. You will be able to purchase spirits at the end of your tour and get 15% off!

Do I need to do a lateral flow test before my visit?

You don't need to do a lateral flow test prior to your visit or wear a mask on the tour. We do ask that if you have covid-symptoms or have tested positive that you don't attend the tour to help keep our guests, tour hosts and most importantly, Tom's father safe and well because Falls Farm is also his home.
