Botanical Garden 1: Adele’s Garden (our first botanical garden established in 2016 and was Tom’s mum’s old kitchen garden)

Every farm-grown botanical we raise is cultivated with a commitment to nature, ensuring that what goes into our drinks is 100% natural and harvested at exactly the right time for the best taste! Across our 16 acres we hand-pick, and process:
Lavender, lemon verbena, lemon thyme, angelica root, lemon balm and dandelion root and many more
