How to make honey water

Method

1. Mix 1tsp honey into a 75ml of warm water, then leaving to cool (or your gin will be hot!)
2. To speed things up, you can pop 1tsp of honey into a glass, add 25ml hot water, mix until dissolved, then add 50ml ice-cold water.
3. Leave to cool if necessary.
