Personalisation Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for personalised labels:

• We are unable to refund, cancel or return personalised products unless damaged or faulty
• Standard delivery for personalised products takes 5-10 days. During the festive period this may be extended to 15-20 days 
• Personalisation is on only available on selected items
• We reserve the right to reject any order based on the grounds of decency and protection of our brand, or messages which seem to include trademarks, slogans or brand names.
• It is your responsibility to ensure any spelling is correct as we cannot amend once the order has been process
