Method
- Dry shake ingredients (without ice)if using egg white/foamer
- Then shake with ice
- Double strain into glass and garnish
- *To make the sugar syrup. Heat 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar on a stove until the sugar dissolves. Allow to cool and then pour into a glass container. This will keep in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.

- 3 blackberries
- 6 basil leaves
- 25ml lime juice
- 25ml sugar syrup*
- Egg white/ vegan foamer (optional)
