Recipe
Method
- In your glass, lightly muddle (squash) the pear, thyme and apple juice
- Add Warner’ Juniper Double Dry, mint cordial and ice
- Mix it up again and then top with soda
Ingredients
- 50ml Warner’s Juniper Double Dry
- 1/2 fresh pear roughly chopped
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 10ml of apple juice
- 20ml mint cordial
- Soda water
