Strawberry Sundae
A twist on the original White Cargo - this one is for those sweet tooth's out there
Recipe
Method
- Shake the Strawberry & Rose Gin and ice cream with 2 cubes of ice (this will give it a bit of dilution).
- You will have to shake very hard from a while for it to turn into a liquid.
- Pour into a coupette glass.
- Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg.
Ingredients
- 50ml Strawberry & Rose Gin
- 10ml dry white wine or dry vermouth
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
