Strawberry Sundae

A twist on the original White Cargo - this one is for those sweet tooth's out there

Method

  1. Shake the Strawberry & Rose Gin and ice cream with 2 cubes of ice (this will give it a bit of dilution).
  2. You will have to shake very hard from a while for it to turn into a liquid.
  3. Pour into a coupette glass.
  4. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg.
