Method

  1. Put lots of ice into your cocktail shaker
  2. Add all the ingredients
  3. Stir for approximately 1 minute to chill the drink
  4. Serve double strained into a chilled sherry glass
  5. Zest orange peel over the top and serve

Ingredients

  • 25ml Warner's Rhubarb Gin
  • 25ml Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz
  • 25ml Belsazar Rose Vermouth
  • 1tsp Fernet-Branca
  • 3 dashes Orange Bitters
