Apple & Pear Sour
A little fix on the classic sour. We use honey as a nod to the bees relationship with the orchard fruits in the gin...it's delicious.
Recipe
Method
- Shake all ingredients together with ice for 10 seconds
- Double strain into the other half of shaker and empty the ice.
- Dry shake for another 10 seconds and pour into glass
- Garnish with an apple fan or a simple slice of apple.
Ingredients
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
