Method
- Add all to shaker with lots of ice, shake very well, fine strain into a coupette, garnish with a small lemon twist (discarded)
Ingredients
- 25ml Warner’s Botanical Aperitif
- 25ml Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
- 10ml Peaty Whisky
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Honey Syrup (3:1 honey:water, Falls Farm Honey of course!)
