Method

  1. Simply add the Blossom Gin, lemon juice, Rose and Elderflower cordial and the cloudy apple juice into an ice filled shaker.
  2. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice and a cucumber ribbon.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Blossom Gin
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20ml Rose and Elderflower cordial 
  • 100ml of cloudy apple juice
