The perfect light & simple, summer dessert using our Elderflower gin. A perfect food pairing with a G&T!

Ingredients
- 350ml Double cream
- 85g caster sugar (use 25g for the coulis)
- Zest of 1/2 a lemon
- 600g English strawberries (200g for coulis, the rest cut into cubes and save a couple to garnish)
- 125ml Prosecco
- 50ml Warner's Elderflower Gin (or more if you like a kick)
