Ingredients: 350ml Double cream; 85g caster sugar (use 25g for the coulis); Zest of 1/2 a lemon; 600g English strawberries (200g for coulis, the rest cut into cubes and save a couple to garnish); 125ml Prosecco; 50ml Warner's Elderflower Gin (or more if you like a kick)
