Farm-to-Glass Elderflower Aperitif (Low ABV) Credit: Merlin Griffiths



A simple and delicious low alcohol crowd pleaser crafted by MERLIN GRIFFITHS Instagram. Wonderfully ambidextrous this can also be made fully non-alcoholic by substituting the elderflower liqueur for cordial.

Method

  1. Pour all into a large tumbler then fill with ice. Garnish with apple slices.

Ingredients

  • 35ml (1½ shots) Warner's Botanical Aperitif
  • 15ml (½ shot) Belvoir Elderflower Cordial, OR St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur (20%abv)
  • 150ml Schweppes Ginger Ale
