Joules Apple & Pear Gin Fizz
Reminiscent of toffee apples by bonfire with a cold glass of fizz
Recipe
Method
- Fill your favourite highball glass with ice to get it nice and chilled. Shake your Joules X Warner's Apple & Pear Gin, lemon juice and syrup like a pro for 20 seconds.
- Strain into your highball, then top with your Fever-Tree soda water.
- Give it a quick stir with a long spoon, and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
- Best shared with friends whilst watching the sunset.

- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml toffee/caramel syrup
- Fever-Tree soda water
