Rhubarb and Grapefruit Collins

Method
- Shake the gin, grapefruit juice and honey together with lots of ice
- Fine strain into your glass with ice and top up with soda
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary

- 25ml pink grapefruit juice
- 5ml honey water
- Soda water
