Rhubarb Rickey
A refreshing yet simple cocktail, perfect to enjoy in this glorious Spring sunshine!
Recipe
Method
- Muddle 1 fresh raspberry at the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add 50ml Rhubarb Gin, 15ml fresh lime juice, 10ml sugar syrup and ice to the shaker.
- Mix the ingredients well using a spoon.
- Fill a glass with ice, top with Fever-Tree Soda Water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.

- 50ml Warner’s Rhubarb Gin
- 15ml Fresh lime juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 x Raspberry
- Fever-Tree soda Water
