White Lady Of Harrington

A variation of the classic ‘sour’ style cocktail, the White Lady was first recorded by Harry Craddock (one of the Savoy’s most prolific Head Bartenders) who references it in his 1930’s Savoy Cocktail Book, so we do know it has great heritage.  We love it because our very own Falls Farm is notoriously haunted by a restless, once murderous- now guilt ridden lady of the manor - known locally as the 'White Lady of Harrington'.
