We took the things no-one wanted, DANDELION ROOTS, OVER-RIPE BANANAS, DISCARDED CITRUS PEELS, and transformed them into something delicious.

All those bits and pieces nobody cared about,

Weeds are wondrous

Trash & treasure is made using 100% natural ingredients

We take a weed, the dandelion. Once mature, we harvest, dry and roast the root to create a uniquely British spice. We extract the flavour from our botanicals using white Jamaican rum in two ways. Firstly, our roasted dandelion root is distilled with over-ripe brown bananas, orange peel waste, farm-grown lemon verbena and spices including smoky black cardamom, cinnamon and sichuan peppercorn.

Post distillation we add in more roasted dandelion root, grapefruit peel with nutmeg, cassia & allspice. This not only builds flavour, it gives the liquid its vibrant golden colour. The vibrancy. The spice. The taste. POWERED BY NATURE, trust the ingredients and follow the flavour.
