Taking the fruity route and distilled with warm brown spices, apples and lemons in the botanical basket, Four Pillars went on to blend using three different liquids.
Pure rhubarb juice, sent from our farm in Harrington which delivers the tang it is famous for in our Warner’s Rhubarb Gin.
Apple juice, which is a blend of apples grown in the Yarra Valley adds fresh, sweetness with a bit of acidity to boot, and last but by no means least, is apple cider spirit (or eau de vie if you’re fancy).
Build Four Pillars Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin in a Highball glass with soda water & garnish with a slice of green apple and lemon. Cracking in a 50/50 martini, if you want to stir things up!
