Our Falls Farm spring water, natural botanical distillates and extracts of lemon verbena, lemon thyme, myrrh and ginger.

With no alcohol to cover its modesty, the spicy base, herbal hit, citrus edge & peppery finish gives it the recognisable kick of a top-shelf spirit.

Pour over a glass filled with ice then top with a splash of Mediterranean tonic & a wedge of orange, for a drink worth flaunting.

If it grows, in it goes.

Juniper Double Dry - 0% Spirit 50cl

I think this is a brilliant product. Although it makes a surprisingly good gin and tonic on its own, I most often drink it mixed with a full strength gin (and tonic) to create a long drink at about a third of the normal alcohol content. Recently, I've also tried it without the full strength gin, but with a generous splash of bitters (and tonic), and this is becoming my favourite option - a really delicious cocktail with just a touch of alcohol.
